Area Sales Manager

For Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Orrisa, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pardesh, Chattisgarh

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage, Develop and Monitor existing distributors of the areas assigned
Roll out Annual/ Quarterly/ Monthly Distributor programs.
Produce targeted sales action plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for designated area
To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets.
Training and development of the Distributor sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure
its strong presence,
To ensure the sales target for volumes & gross margins are delivered as per plan
Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies
Work with sales executives in developing and maintain strong relationships with customers within
the defined markets.
Executing and monitoring offline sales acti vities along with Dealer/Distributor network
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Providing Management Information Reports as per company policies
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status.
To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales
promotional activities properly.
Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets.

Sales Executive

For Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Orrisa, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pardesh, Chattisgarh

Coordinate sales by managing schedule, communicating and visiting customers and soliciting new business.
Response to queries / complaints from customers and extend sales support wherever required.
Telephonic follow up with customers for sales, payments and other day to day task.
The ideal would be responsible for the Industrial business development only.
Focus should be to generate of business leads for the organization.

Note - The ideal candidate should be from lubricant or industrial oil industries only
